New York Yankees CC Sabathia makes likely final Yankee Stadium start

The New York Yankees defeated their biggest rivals with a 4-2 win over the Boston Red Sox at Yankee Stadium.

Ace CC Sabathia pitched 8 innings striking out 10 with a 1.22 era as the big man picked up his 14th win of the season. CF Brett Gardner went 4-4 with a home run and 3 RBI moving his season batting average to .333.

Although down some players, the Yankees found a way to get to Red Sox ace Chris Sale hammering 15 hit on the night. Robinson Cano led the yankees with 2 stolen bases and one RBI, continuing his rapid pace in his MVP season.

The Yankees look to repeat the win tomorrow night as they take on the Red Sox once again to end the season series at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx.
